Bill Kerrigan, Visionary / President
Back in 2006, Bill decided it was time to leave his corporate career and fulfill his entrepreneurial passion. This is when he found a small plumbing business for sale, 3 Mountains Home Services. Bill wanted his new business to be a source of job creation where employees could grow their careers and develop professionally as well as personally. At work, Bill is most fulfilled when his team is owning their craft and growing their earning potential. With his wife and business partner Dani, Bill has been focused on growing the 3 Mountains Home Services business but also growing their family, he finds both to be challenging and rewarding. Together, Bill and Dani have 3 kids and 1 beagle pup. Bill loves bacon and all food, making his kids laugh and picking up an instrument to make music.
Dani Kerrigan, VP of Finance
Dani joined the 3 Mountains Home Services team in 2016, she had always wanted to partner with her husband Bill in his entrepreneurial vision and this was the time to make the change. With her, Dani brought a passion for developing people, implementing processes, and creating strong customer-focused systems. Together, Bill and Dani shared a goal to develop 3 Mountains Home Services as a place for employees to grow new skills and build a financially stable life. When at work, Dani is happiest when helping others discover new talents, she loves observing what her employees are great at, and building new roles for them. Outside her official role, Dani has developed a multi-faceted leadership team at 3 Mountains that range from Customer Care to Finance and HR. Together, Bill and Dani have 3 children and raising them has been the best and most important portion of Dani’s life. They all love spending time traveling, hiking, or challenging each other to a game of volleyball.
